General Terms
These General Terms set out how play works at Vancouver Casino. By opening an account or placing any bet, you accept them.
A. Agreeing to these terms
1.1 These terms form the contract between you and Vancouver Casino each time you use our site, your account or our games.
1.2 Do not create an account or play unless you accept these terms.
1.3 Our Bonus Policy, Privacy Notice, About Cookies, Play Responsibly, Verification and AML and Underage Gambling Policy pages also form part of this agreement.
B. Governing law
2.1 Canadian law, including the law of British Columbia, applies to these terms and to any dispute about them.
2.2 You may only play with us from places where play is legal under local law. All accounts follow Canadian rules on age, identity checks and anti-money-laundering.
C. Games and results
3.1 Rules, paytables and payout details sit in the help screen inside every game. Read them before you play.
3.2 RNG games draw every result from a random number generator. Every spin, hand and roll stands alone.
3.3 Live games are streamed with real dealers. The outcome logged by the studio is final.
3.4 Any malfunction makes all plays and payouts on the affected round void. Your stakes on that round are returned to your balance.
3.5 Where a display or system error credits a win the game never actually produced, we adjust your balance.
D. Deposits and withdrawals
4.1 Every balance, bet and payout is in Canadian dollars (CAD).
4.2 Deposit with Interac e-Transfer, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay or MuchBetter. Minimum deposit: C$10.
4.3 Withdraw with Interac e-Transfer, MuchBetter or Bank Wire / Transfer. Minimum withdrawal: C$10. Maximum withdrawal: C$30 000 per month.
4.4 Funds from most payout methods reach you within 1 to 4 hours. Bank Wire / Transfer may take up to 12 hours.
4.5 Vancouver Casino takes no fee on deposits or withdrawals. Any fee charged by your card issuer or wallet provider is a matter between you and that provider.
4.6 Use only payment methods you own. We refuse third party payments.

E. Prohibited conduct
5.1 You must not:
- run bots, scripts or any other automated play;
- collude with other players or dump chips;
- play on someone else's account or with someone else's card or wallet;
- commit fraud or launder money;
- exploit faults or errors in any game;
- abuse bonuses as set out in our Bonus Policy.
5.2 If we spot this kind of activity, we can void bets, hold back winnings and shut the account. We report it to the authorities when legally required.
F. Intellectual property
6.1 We or our game suppliers own the Vancouver Casino name and logo, along with all site design, text and graphics.
6.2 Copying, scraping or reusing any of this material requires our written permission.
G. Limits of our liability
7.1 Our games are supplied as is, with no warranty. We accept no liability for losses from outages, internet faults, device issues or events beyond our control.
7.2 We do not cover indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit or lost opportunity.
7.3 For any claim, the most we will pay is the stakes and winnings recorded on your account for that play.
7.4 If the law does not permit a limit or exclusion, that limit or exclusion does not apply.
H. Your account
8.1 One person, one account. We close duplicates and can void bets and winnings on them.
8.2 Your registration details must be accurate. Keep them updated whenever anything changes.
8.3 Your login belongs to you alone and must never be shared. If you suspect another person has used it, email us at once.
I. Complaints
9.1 Send an email to mail@vancouvercasino.app with your username, the game, the date and a short description of the issue.
9.2 We investigate every complaint and reply by email. Unhappy with our answer? Ask us to escalate it to a senior team member.
J. Changes to these terms
10.1 We can amend these terms, for example after a change in law or when we add games or payment methods.
10.2 We post updated versions here. For major changes, we also email you or display a notice at your next login. If you continue playing, the updated version applies.
K. Bonuses
11.1 Every promotion follows our Bonus Policy. If that page and these terms differ on an offer, the Bonus Policy wins.
L. Who can play
12.1 Players must be 19+.
12.2 You must be in Canada, in an area where online casino gambling is legal under local law.
12.3 Self-excluded players cannot play. We close any account held by someone under 19. See our Underage Gambling Policy for more detail.
